How to Clean and Assemble Chemical Equipment

How should chemical equipment be cleaned and assembled? This is a matter of concern to many people. The following is a detailed introduction:

(1) Before disassembly of chemical equipment, the relative position or clearance between disassembly body and related parts should be measured, and the corresponding marking and recording should be made according to the serial number of equipment assembly drawings. The disassembled parts are allowed to be assembled only after they have been cleaned and inspected to be qualified. Technical requirements must be met;

(2) The dispersed supply of chemical equipment requires on-site assembly of equipment, parts and components after cleaning, drying and inspection are qualified and assembled in accordance with the requirements of technical documents. Before closing, the equipment or components should be carefully checked and cleaned, and no foreign bodies should exist inside;

 (3) The mating clearance of the components of chemical equipment should meet the requirements of equipment technical documents, and the joint surfaces of the combined base should be flat, without warping, rust, burrs, etc.;

 (4) Oil tanks or water tanks that are not easy to disassemble, inspect and repair after installation of chemical equipment should be inspected for leakage before assembly;

Warm reminder: Precision threaded connectors on chemical equipment or connectors and fittings working at 200 C should be coated with anti-biting agents on their mating surfaces when assembling.
